Ingredients

- 2 quarts chicken stock
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 stalks celery, diced
- salt and pepper
Recipe
- 1 to the chicken stock, add the carrots, rice, and cubed cooked chicken.
- 2 simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes or until the carrots and rice are cooked.
- 3 season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
