Chicken Soup For The Lazy

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 quarts chicken stock
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 2 carrots, peeled and diced
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 to the chicken stock, add the carrots, rice, and cubed cooked chicken.
  • 2 simmer over a low heat for about 20 minutes or until the carrots and rice are cooked.
  • 3 season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
