Broccoli And Cheese Bread

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 3 cups self-rising flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope knorr cream of broccoli soup mix
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 coat a 9x5 inch loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
  • 2 in a mixing bowl, add the flour, sugar, cheese, and soup mix; stor to combine.
  • 3 add in the egg, milk, and 2 tablespoons melted butter; stir until well combined.
  • 4 pour the mixture into the loaf pan.
  • 5 drizzle the rest of the melted butter over the top.
  • 6 bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour or until pick comes out clean.
  • 7 place loaf pan on wire rack and let cool for 10 minutes.
  • 8 turn bread out of loaf pan and let cool completely on a wire rack before cutting.
