Apricot Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

• Servings: 3
• 6 -8 chicken pieces
• 1 (40 g) packet french onion soup mix
• 425 ml apricot nectar
• plain flour, for coating chicken pieces

Recipe

• 1 coat chicken pieces in flour and place in casserole dish.
• 2 sprinkle contents of soup packet over chicken.
• 3 pour apricot nectar over chicken.
• 4 cover casserole dish and bake at 180 c for 1 1/2 hours.
• 5 serve over boiled rice.
