- 6 -8 chicken pieces
- 1 (40 g) packet french onion soup mix
- 425 ml apricot nectar
- plain flour, for coating chicken pieces
Recipe
- 1 coat chicken pieces in flour and place in casserole dish.
- 2 sprinkle contents of soup packet over chicken.
- 3 pour apricot nectar over chicken.
- 4 cover casserole dish and bake at 180 c for 1 1/2 hours.
- 5 serve over boiled rice.
