Apricot Chicken

Ingredients
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 (12 ounce) jar apricot preserves
- 1 (8 ounce) bottle catalina dressing
- 1 (1 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Recipe
- 1 place chicken in a 6 quart slow cooker sprayed with vegetable cooking spray.
- 2 combine apricot preserves, catalina dressing, onion soup mix, honey, mustard, and nutmeg, and 1/4 cup of water and stir well.
- 3 cover chicken breatts with sauce mixture.
- 4 cover and cook on low for 5-6 hours.
