Butter Beef

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 3 lbs stewing beef
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 (1 1/4 ounce) envelope onion soup mix

Recipe

• 1 place beef in a crockpot.
• 2 top with pats of butter.
• 3 sprinkle the onion soup mix over beef and butter.
• 4 cook on low for 7-8 hours. or on high for 4-5 hours.
• 5 serve over egg noodles.
