- 4 lamb shoulder steaks
- 2 tablespoons margarine (butter browns too fast)
- 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 brown steaks in margarine in frying pan.
- 2 add remaining ingredients and mix a little.
- 3 cover and simmer slowly until tender, about 45 minutes, stirring and turning meat occasionally.
