Chili Lamb Steak

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb shoulder steaks
  • 2 tablespoons margarine (butter browns too fast)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 brown steaks in margarine in frying pan.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients and mix a little.
  • 3 cover and simmer slowly until tender, about 45 minutes, stirring and turning meat occasionally.
