tomato bisque i

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 (14.5 ounce) cans stewed tomatoes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

Recipe

  • place stewed tomatoes in a saucepan. bring to boil, and then turn down to simmer. stir in cream or nondairy creamer. stir in basil, and serve.
