Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granule
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 cups milk
- 8 ounces cheez whiz or 1/2 cup velveeta cheese
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beer (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in 2 quart sauce pan.
- 2 dice onions add to butter.
- 3 saute onions until clear.
- 4 add bouillon and flour, stir to mix well and thick paste is formed.
- 5 add milk, stir well to remove any lumps, mixture will be thin.
- 6 add cheeses to simmering milk mixture. stir, to melt cheeses.
- 7 stir in beer (optional).
- 8 serve warm, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. with cornbread or toast.
