Ingredients
- 10 chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans black-eyed peas
- 29 ounces diced tomatoes
- 10 1/2 ounces condensed tomato soup
- 2 packets mild guacamole, mix
- lime juice
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except lime juice into crock pot.
- 2 cook on low 5 hours.
- 3 serve chicken and sauce over rice.
- 4 drizzle with a few drops of lime juice.
