Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 2 1/2 liters water
- 3 large carrots
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 medium onions
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil all together until carrots are soft (takes a while).
- 2 when soft, remove onions and throw them out.
- 3 strain carrots through a sieve into soup.
