Cheese Fondue Salvant

Ingredients

- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 (11 ounce) can cheddar cheese soup
- 8 slices american cheese, cubed
- minced garlic
- minced onions or onion powder
- seasoning salt
- cauliflower
- pepperoni, rolled
- mushroom cap, sauted
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in fondue pot; stir in flour.
- 2 add milk gradually; cook until thickened.
- 3 add soup, cheese, garlic, onion and salt.
- 4 cook over low heat, stirring frequently until cheese is melted.
- 5 place pot on lowest heat.
