- 2 -3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups loose frozen corn
- 1 cup chunky salsa
- shredded monterey jack cheese
- tortilla chips
Recipe
- 1 combine chicken through chili powder. simmer for 8 to 10 minutes. add corn and cook for 5 minutes. add salsa and heat soup.
- 2 serve with shredded cheese and tortilla chips.
