- 1 quart chicken broth
- 1 small onion (chopped)
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans veg-all
- 3 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans water
- 16 ounces cheddar cheese, and
- mozzarella cheese, cheeses
Recipe
- 1 boil onion in broth 20 minutes. (after you bring to a boil, reduce heat). add all other ingredients and simmer 20 more minutes.
