Ingredients
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 carrots
- 2 celery ribs
- 1/4 cup barley
- 1/2 lb cooked chicken
- 2 tablespoons dried parsley
- 4 garlic cloves (diced)
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/4 cups cottage cheese
Recipe
- 1 throw it all in a crockpot.
- 2 low @ 7 hours.
- 3 serve with 1/3 cup cottage cheese.
