Ingredients
- 1/2 head raw green cabbage
- 2 ounces cooked chicken breasts
- 1 red bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons salsa
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 cup pinto beans
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 minced garlic clove
- 4 cups water
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients.
- 2 bring to boil.
- 3 simmer for 10 minutes.
- 4 serve!
