Chicken With Chipped Beef

Ingredients
- 1 (2 1/2 ounce) jar chipped beef
- 8 boneless chicken breasts
- 8 slices bacon
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 3 ounces cream cheese
- 1 (4 1/2 ounce) can sliced button mushrooms
- 1/4 cup dry sauterne
Recipe
- 1 crumble chipped beef and place in bottom of 9 by 13 baking dish.
- 2 wrap bacon around chicken breasts and sprinkle with pepper.
- 3 combine soup, sour cream, and cream cheese in blender or by electric mixer.
- 4 add mushrooms and pour over chicken breasts in casserole.
- 5 cover with foil and bake at 300 degrees for 2 hours.
- 6 remove foil and add sauterne.
- 7 cook uncovered another hour.
