Billie's Broccoli Cheese Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 5 cups water
- 5 chicken bouillon cubes
- 20 ounces hash browns, cubed frozen
- 10 ounces broccoli, chopped, frozen
- 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 -1 1/2 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
Recipe
- 1 on medium heat, disolve bullion in water.
- 2 add frozen hash browns and broccoli.
- 3 bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes.
- 4 add cream of chicken soup and velveta cheese.
- 5 stir until cheese melts.
- 6 if wanting to add chicken, add cooked chicken cut into bite size pieces at this point and simmer until chicken is hot.
- 7 note: leftovers (or planned overs) may be frozen.
