- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 1/4 ounces lipton onion soup mix
- 16 ounces nonfat sour cream
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can 98% fat-free cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cups mushrooms
Recipe
- 1 place chicken breasts on bottom of crock pot along with mushrooms.
- 2 combine remaining ingredients and pour over top of chicken.
- 3 cook on low for 8 hours.
