Ingredients

- 2 cups rice
- 6 chicken thighs (bone and skin on)
- 2 (420 g) cans soup, of your choice
- 1/2 cup celery
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 (40 g) packet french onion soup
Recipe
- 1 place rice into casserole dish, place chicken on top, add vegetables, combine french onion soups with tinned soup and pour over the chicken and rice with 2 cans water.
- 2 bake uncovered 2 hours.
