Chicken N Rice Casserole Bake

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups rice
  • 6 chicken thighs (bone and skin on)
  • 2 (420 g) cans soup, of your choice
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 (40 g) packet french onion soup

Recipe

  • 1 place rice into casserole dish, place chicken on top, add vegetables, combine french onion soups with tinned soup and pour over the chicken and rice with 2 cans water.
  • 2 bake uncovered 2 hours.
