Ingredients

- 4 tablespoons margarine
- 2/3 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of potato soup
- 3 cups milk
- 2 cups chopped cooked cauliflower
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 slices american cheese, cubed
Recipe
- 1 melt margarine in saucepan.
- 2 add onion and cook until tender.
- 3 blend in flour; add milk, cauliflower, cheese, soup and seasonings.
- 4 cook until thick and cheese melts.
