Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 16 ounces frozen broccoli
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 ounces velveeta cheese (i usually use more)
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Recipe
- 1 cook broccoli according to package directions.
- 2 melt cheese and mix all ingredients together.
- 3 place in a greased baking dish and bake at 400° for 30 minutes.
- 4 enjoy!
