- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 ounces milk
- 28 g grated cheese
- 4 chicken breasts
Recipe
- 1 in ovenproof casserole dish mix all ingredients except chicken and cheese bring to a simmer.
- 2 add chicken cover, and cook for 25-30 minute sprinkle with cheese and place under grill until cheese has melted.
