Chicken Tetrazzini

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breasts, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups monterey jack cheese
  • 1 lb thin spaghetti, cooked, drained

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350f, spray a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
  • 2 in a skillet, melt butter, add onions & bell pepper and saute until onions are translucent.
  • 3 in the pot that you cooked the spaghetti, add to the spaghetti, chicken, the veggie mixture, salt, pepper, soups, sour cream, and half of the cheese.
  • 4 mix thoroughly to combine.
  • 5 place the mixture into the 9 x 13 pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  • 6 bake for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • 7 even better the next day!
