Cream Of Fruits Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 200 ml vegetable stock
  • 100 ml fresh cream
  • salt
  • 70 g mixed fruit, washed and diced (apple, pear, kiwi, cherry)
  • 4 teaspoons water
  • 2 teaspoons cornflour, dissolved in the water

Recipe

  • 1 bring the vegetable stock to a boil and stir in the fresh cream boil for around 2 minutes add salt.
  • 2 thicken with cornstarch.
  • 3 add the mixed fruit and heat through.
  • 4 you can serve hot or refrigerate for 10-15 mins before serving.
