Ingredients
- Servings: 2
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 100 ml fresh cream
- salt
- 70 g mixed fruit, washed and diced (apple, pear, kiwi, cherry)
- 4 teaspoons water
- 2 teaspoons cornflour, dissolved in the water
Recipe
- 1 bring the vegetable stock to a boil and stir in the fresh cream boil for around 2 minutes add salt.
- 2 thicken with cornstarch.
- 3 add the mixed fruit and heat through.
- 4 you can serve hot or refrigerate for 10-15 mins before serving.
