Creamed Chicken And Biscuits

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 (3 lb) roasting chickens
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tablespoons butter
Recipe
- 1 boil chicken.
- 2 debone chicken saving broth.
- 3 put in bottom of 9x13 dish.
- 4 add some broth with cornstarch added.
- 5 add cream of chicken soup.
- 6 salt and pepper and celery salt.
- 7 mix remaining ingredients into biscuit dough.
- 8 the dough will be stick drop by spoonfuls onto sauce i needed to add a little more flour because i used huge egg ,darlene had banties ,so had smaller eggs.
- 9 add to top of chicken.
- 10 this overflowed for me so put pan under.
- 11 bake at 400 degrees until biscuits are brown about 30 minutes.
