Cheese Spaghetti

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (1 lb) package spaghetti
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1 (10 1/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon oregano

Recipe

  • 1 saute onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms in a little butter.
  • 2 add soups, tomato sauce, and velveeta; simmer.
  • 3 brown ground beef; drain. add garlic and oregano to meat; stir.
  • 4 add meat to velveeta mixture; mix well. cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  • 5 serve sauce over drained spaghetti noodles.
