Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel tomatoes
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 1 lb velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 brown meat and onions; drain.
- 2 add the rest of the ingredients.
- 3 heat through.
- 4 serve over crushed tortilla chips.
