Chicken Casserole With Chipped Beef

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 ounces chipped beef
  • 6 -8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
  • 6 -8 slices bacon
  • 1 dash pepper
  • 4 ounces button mushrooms
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 325*.
  • 2 put shredded beef in bottom of greased 9x12 pan or carrerole (glass).
  • 3 wrap a slice of bacon around each half chicken breast.
  • 4 place breasts on top of beef. sprinkle with pepper.
  • 5 blend the soup with sour cream. pour over each breast. bake for 2 hours.
