Chicken Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 20 mins Preparation Time: 40 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 6 -8 chicken breasts
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
  • 1 package ritz cracker
  • 3/4 cup margarine

Recipe

  • 1 stew chicken in water until tender.
  • 2 remove from broth.
  • 3 remove chicken from bone and cut into pieces.
  • 4 line a 7x11 buttered casserole with pieces.
  • 5 mix soup an sour cream, pour over chicken.
  • 6 crush crackers,sprinkle over soup mixture.
  • 7 melt margarine and pour over top of casserole.
  • 8 bake at 350 oven for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
  • 9 note: you can use just 1 stick for margarine.
  • 10 and it will work out just fine.
