Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 -8 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
- 1 package ritz cracker
- 3/4 cup margarine
Recipe
- 1 stew chicken in water until tender.
- 2 remove from broth.
- 3 remove chicken from bone and cut into pieces.
- 4 line a 7x11 buttered casserole with pieces.
- 5 mix soup an sour cream, pour over chicken.
- 6 crush crackers,sprinkle over soup mixture.
- 7 melt margarine and pour over top of casserole.
- 8 bake at 350 oven for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
- 9 note: you can use just 1 stick for margarine.
- 10 and it will work out just fine.
