Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 1/2 cups celery, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups nuts, chopped (toasted, slivered almonds)
- 3 cups cooked rice (long grain best)
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons onions, chopped
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1 teaspoon salt (can be omitted)
- 3/4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 chicken, bouillion cubes
- 3/4 cup water
- potato chips, crushed
Recipe
- 1 dissolve bouillion cubes in water.
- 2 combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. (save a few almonds & chips for the top).
- 3 place in a 9 x 14 casserole.
- 4 cover with crushed potato chips and almonds.
- 5 bake at 400 for 45 minutes or until heated through.
