- 2 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup red lentil
- 2 cups red bell peppers, chopped
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/8 teaspoon cayenne
- 1/2 cup soymilk
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, combine all of the ingredients except the soy milk,
- 2 cook until lentils are soft.
- 3 puree with the soy milk.
