- 1 (400 g) can chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 200 ml vegatable stock
- 50 ml single cream
Recipe
- 1 add tomatoes, basil, sugar and stock to a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- 2 simmer for about 5 minues.
- 3 using a hand blender, blend the soup until smooth.
- 4 add cream and return to heat for a furth 3 minutes.
