Cream Style Porcupine Balls

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice, uncooked
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 10 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup

Recipe

  • 1 mix ground beef with onions, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and rice and form into balls. place balls in a baking dish.
  • 2 mix soup with water and milk and pour over the meatballs.
  • 3 bake, covered at 350 degrees for approximately 75 minutes.
