Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 10 3/4 ounces cream of celery soup
Recipe
- 1 mix ground beef with onions, salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and rice and form into balls. place balls in a baking dish.
- 2 mix soup with water and milk and pour over the meatballs.
- 3 bake, covered at 350 degrees for approximately 75 minutes.
