- 2 cups rice
- 2 cups apple juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 (1 1/2 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
- 2 tablespoons margarine
Recipe
- 1 wash rice and drain.
- 2 add apple juice and water in large saucepan.
- 3 add margarine and dry onion soup mix.
- 4 bring saucepan to a simmer.
- 5 add rice. stir.
- 6 cover. turn heat to low. cook until liquid is absorbed. cooking time is about 15 to 20 minutes.
