Carrot-cheese Soup

Ingredients

- 6 tablespoons butter
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 medium carrots, diced
- 3 green onions, sliced
- 1 cup diced fully-cooked ham
- 2 cups hot chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh minced parsley

Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, melt butter; stir in flour until smooth cook and stir over med heat for 2 minutes.
