Cream Of Chicken Casserole

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated (fresh or processed)
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Recipe

  • 1 boil chicken breasts until fully cooked (after cooking, cube, shred, or leave whole).
  • 2 put in casserole dish and set aside.
  • 3 mix soup, mayonnaise, and cheese together.
  • 4 pour over chicken.
  • 5 bake at 350°f for 20 to 30 minutes (until hot).
  • 6 sprinkle with lemon juice during last 5 minutes of baking.
