Cream Of Fresh Mushroom Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 lb fresh mushrooms, cleaned and minced
  • 6 tablespoons butter
  • 6 tablespoons flour
  • 6 cups milk
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe

  • 1 brown mushrooms slightly in melted butter; blend in flour and stir milk in gradually.
  • 2 cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring as needed to keep the mixture smooth.
  • 3 season to taste and serve with crisp crackers.
