Creamed Almond Soup From Spain

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 8 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 50 g plain flour
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 liter chicken stock
  • 350 ml whole milk
  • 150 g almonds, shelled and ground
  • 150 ml light cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • salt and pepper

Recipe

  • 1 make a sauce by gently blending the flour in the melted butter in a large pot and gradually stirring in the stock and milk.
