- 1 cup extra-sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 400.
- 2 mix all ingredients in a small casserole dish (the size of a soup crock), and bake for 20 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- 3 serve with raw veggies or crackers.
