Ingredients

- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix (lipton)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 lbs stew meat
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 8 ounces baby carrots
Recipe
- 1 mix sauce in slow cooker.
- 2 add meat, carrots and mushrooms.
- 3 stir to coat meat with sauce.
- 4 cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
