Boogie Woogie Beef Tips

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 8 hrs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) package onion soup mix (lipton)
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 2 lbs stew meat
  • 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 8 ounces baby carrots

Recipe

  • 1 mix sauce in slow cooker.
  • 2 add meat, carrots and mushrooms.
  • 3 stir to coat meat with sauce.
  • 4 cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours.
