Chicken Tortilla Soup

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans of campbell fiesta nacho cheese soup
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans enchilada sauce
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 20 ounces milk
  • 2 (12 ounce) cans of shredded canned chicken
  • tortilla chips
  • shredded cheddar cheese

Recipe

  • 1 mix all of the canned soups, sauces, etc.
  • 2 together in a large pot.
  • 3 the 2 cans of milk can be measured using one of the empty larger cans.
  • 4 also the milk may be subsituted with 1 1/2 cans of chicken broth.
  • 5 cook over low to medium heat stirring often.
  • 6 use a wisk to smooth out mixture.
  • 7 serve with chips and top with cheddar cheese.
  • 8 great reheated.
