Creamed Spinach Casserole

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 40 ounces frozen spinach (chopped)
  • 20 ounces sour cream
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 1/2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons dill
  • 1 1/4 ounces lipton onion soup mix
  • 1/2 cup pepperidge farm stuffing
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Recipe

  • 1 combine spinach, sour cream, cream of mushroom soup, onion soup mix, mushrooms, and dill.
  • 2 place in casserole dish.
  • 3 cover with bread crumbs and parmesan cheese.
  • 4 bake at 350 until bubble and lightly browned on top.
