- 1 small onion, diced
- 4 carrots, peeled and diced
- 2 parsnips, peeled and diced
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 piound chicken tenders
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 1. place all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a boil.
- 2 2. reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. serve.
