Cream Of Tomato Soup

Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked tomatoes
- 1 small onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 dash cayenne
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 quart scalded milk
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 dash garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 cook tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper, cayenne and sugar together for 15 minutes.
- 2 strain.
- 3 melt butter, blend in flour, add milk gradually, stirring constantly.
