Cream Of Tomato Soup

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 dash cayenne
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 quart scalded milk
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 cook tomatoes, onion, salt, pepper, cayenne and sugar together for 15 minutes.
  • 2 strain.
