Ingredients

- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 tablespoons margarine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/3 lbs chicken breasts
- 2 lbs mixed vegetables
- 3 sage leaves
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 chop chicken into 1 inch pieces. in a dutch oven, heat olive oil on high heat and brown chicken for 4-5 minutes.
- 2 remove chicken from pot.
- 3 add margarine and cook sage leaves for 1 minute. remove sage and add vegetables. sprinkle flour over vegetables and mix for 1 minute until blended. add chicken broth and chicken together and cook it up.
- 4 serve over rice or noodles.
