Cilantro Sauce For Chilean Empanadas

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 bunches cilantro
  • 1 -2 bunch green onion
  • garlic, lots
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice (approximately 1/2 lemon)
  • hot water
  • hot sauce

Recipe

  • 1 chop cilantro and green onions.
  • 2 mince garlic.
  • 3 put chopped cilantro, green onions and minced garlic in a bowl.
  • 4 add oil and lemon juice.
  • 5 pour hot water over all to cover. (like the consistency of thick soup).
  • 6 add hot sauce to taste.
  • 7 add more lemon juice to taste if needed.
