- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless
- 1 (10 ounce) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large lemon (grated rind and juice )
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried tarragon
Recipe
- 1 brown chicken breasts in olive oil in casserole dish.
- 2 in a separate bowl, combine other ingredients and pour over chicken.
