Chicken And Mushroom Saute

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 1 cup mushroom
- 1 small onion
- 10 pieces bacon (chopped into small pieces and cooked until crispy)
- 1 (284 ml) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 4 cups hot cooked noodles
Recipe
- 1 melt half of butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 2 sauté chicken until no longer pink, about 5 minutes.
- 3 remove from skillet; set aside.
- 4 melt remaining butter in same skillet over medium heat.
- 5 sauté mushrooms and onion until tender and liquid is evaporated, stirring often.
- 6 stir in soup, milk, and cheese.
- 7 bring to boil.
- 8 return chicken to skillet and add bacon.
- 9 heat through, stirring occasionally.
- 10 serve over noodles.
